Hebrews 13:15 says, “Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.”
There is no doubt that we are inundated with bad news on a daily basis. Not a day goes by that we don’t hear about the devastation, violence, and difficulties in the world. You can’t even escape the volatility of our culture through Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram!
However, there is a way to unplug and reconnect to all that is good: Prayer and Thanksgiving! God has blessed us abundantly and there is much to be grateful for and to give thanks. Our team has chosen an “Attitude of Gratitude” as we enter into Thanksgiving, Advent, and Christmas!
Your Faith & Action team is extremely grateful for our supporters. Because of your prayers, your help, and your financial gifts, Faith & Action has been able to minister to our nation’s leaders for more than 20 years – right across from the U.S. Supreme Court, a block from the U.S. Capitol, and just a mile from the White House. So we want to shout from the rooftop, THANK YOU SO VERY, VERY MUCH for all you do to further the witness of Christ in the nation’s capital!
I pray that you have a blessed Thanksgiving and that you are able to “unplug” from the world and connect to our wonderful Savior that provides all that is good and needful in our lives.
On Behalf of the Faith & Action Ministry Team,
Mrs. Peggy Nienaber
Vice President of Operations
