Now that Judge Neil Gorsuch has been confirmed as the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, your Faith & Action team will do the same as we did when Chief Justice Roberts, and Associate Justices Alito, Sotomayor, and Kagan arrived across the street at the Supreme Court building . . .
— We will warmly greet him, welcoming him to the neighborhood,
— We will assure him of our constant prayers and offer pastoral care,
— We will Introduce our friends to him as a support system,
— We will keep YOU, our supporter family, constantly informed of the new Justice’s actions on the Court, his personal prayer needs, and his developing legacy.
Over the next few weeks, it’s going to be a busy time for Judge Gorsuch and his family. In fact, it will be a time of great transition and adjustment as the family moves into the area and the Judge begins both the ceremonial and practical installation process as a Supreme Court Justice. Just as we have prayed for and offered our pastoral care to former incoming Justices, we will do the same for Judge Neil Gorsuch and his family.
We ask that you join us in prayer for the Judge as he walks down this path of transition and we also ask that you lift up his family in prayer as they too adjust to their new home and all the challenges, blessings, and pressures that comprise the job of being a United States Supreme Court Justice.
There is no doubt that the Lord has used Faith & Action in this special ministry to the High Court. And, as always, we rely on your faithful partnership in prayer and sacrificial financial support that enables us to be headquartered right across the street from the Supreme Court of the United States, which in turn, enables us to minister unconditionally and without bias to all that work for the High Court.
