Faith and Action hosts students from 5 states today at the Honorable William J. Ostrowksi House. Peggy Nienaber, Chief of Program spoke to the students and leaders from the Leadership Training Institute of America. LTIA is a faith-based educational training organization that provides high school and college age students with training in Biblical world view studies, cultural dynamics, and leadership values. Peggy shared the ministry’s vision and mission statement. She explained Faith and Action’s Christian mission on Capitol Hill compared to other Christian organizations and lobbyists. Many of the students have never been in Washington DC. The group visited the U.S. Supreme, the U.S. Capitol and is expected meet with many Members of Congress for hands on experiences.

Faith and Action routinely invites these groups to visit our ministry center on Capitol Hill. The strategic location of the “Honorable William J. Ostrowksi House, the formal name of the ministry center, makes it both easy to get to and interesting to experience. The 100-year old building is immediately across the street from the US Supreme Court, adjacent to Congressional office buildings, one block from the Capitol and ten minutes from the White House.
